What do I receive once I purchase an Online meal or training program?
You will receive an e-mail within 48 hours from NASM PT Desiree Cortez with a questionnaire to gather your information and design your fitness program.
Custom fitness program design can take 5-8 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
• Our policy lasts 7 days after date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by from the day your item(s) were purchased, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/exchange.
• If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
Reasons for denial including but not limited to:
– Signs of washing
– Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc.
– Excessive animal/human hair
– Signs of wear (stains, smell, etc.)
• Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial.
• All items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Once the package is received, it may take up to 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned. If your item is damaged, please contact:
• We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.
• We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
• If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days.
